At the same time, Path’s welding cells and Obsidian, our Physical AI model for welding, keep getting better. Mission Control ensures every system stays up to date on software, then continuously tunes performance in the field to improve throughput and weld quality over time.

Support is available 24/5 with weekend on-call coverage, and the team uses real-time diagnostics to troubleshoot quickly. When issues require on-site help, we dispatch field service for training, maintenance, or mechanical swaps.
